Delivery
We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Times
All online orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details (where available).
Delivery Services
We use trusted UK courier services to deliver your order safely.
Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, attempt redelivery, or leave instructions for rearranging delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge for redelivery.
Returns (Online Orders Only)
We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, UK law allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
This applies to online purchases only. Different policies may apply to items bought in-store.
How to Cancel
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to notify us that you wish to cancel.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Include:
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- The item(s) you wish to return
Condition of Returns
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- In a condition suitable for resale
If items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check them, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).
We will refund:
- The cost of the goods
- The original standard delivery charge (if paid)
We do not refund upgraded delivery options.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs
We will resolve the issue promptly in line with your statutory rights under UK law.
Exclusions
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
